Indraneel Chatterjee has over 14+ years of award-winning management and leadership experience in the BPO industry (since its inception) in India and has worked in both India and the United Kingdom. Indraneel has worked in both voice and non-voice processes in the BPO industry in both executive and senior management roles.
He has over 9 years of experience in the Medical Transcription industry and led teams of over 100 people across multiple locations. Indraneel has multiple years of experience of managing and leading multiple operations across multiple locations. Indraneel has over 9 years of experience in managing quality assurance within voice and non-voice processes.
Prior to founding Katonia Tech Solutions as one of the initial founders, Indraneel served as Country Manager, Car Phone Ware House. Prior to Car Phone Ware House, Indraneel held operational management positions in the leading medical transcription companies, amassing international professional operational management experience. Indraneel Chatterjee has a degree in Economics and is a Certified Medical Transcriptionist by Heartland Information Systems, Ohio.
