Anne Collins Sinha has over 7+ years in Market Research and the survey/assessment industry. Anne has 7+ years of managing multiple customers and projects. Anne has 5+ years of sales experience and has worked with customers such as Accenture, Google, Safeco, Intrawest, AC Nielsen, Caterpillar, HP, and Countrywide. Anne has 6+ years of leading presentations and trainings for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies on site and remotely. She has strong expertise (both tactical and technical) on the feedback process across organizations for employees and customer life cycles and has implemented these processes for multiple Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. She is considered a world class expert on the survey platform, Confirmit (the world's leading survey, community panel & reporting software.)and on surveys/assessments across an enterprise - such as human resources, market research, and CRM (customer satisfaction). She has worked with clients and partners across the international spectrum in multiple countries and has traveled extensively internationally and domestically as part of supporting these clients and partners. Prior to joining the founding team for Katonia Tech Solutions, Inc., Anne served as Director of Client Services for a global management consulting firm where she managed the global survey assessment side of business for international and domestic customers and partners. Prior to this, Anne spent 5 years as a Technical Account Manager for Confirmit where she amassed international sales, professional, and technical management experience. Anne Collins Sinha holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Sweet Briar College.
Gautam Das, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Gautam Das has over 11+ years of operational and production management within the Medical Transcription industry. Gautam has served both in executive and senior management roles. He has led teams of over 50+ people. Gautam has multiple years of managing profitability of units and serving as a chief controller for organizations and business units. Gautam has over 10 years of experience in managing quality assurance within the medical transcription industry. Prior to founding Katonia Tech Solutions, Inc. as one of the initial founders, Gautam served as Chief Controller, Stesalit Infotech Ltd., Kolkata Division. Prior to Stesalit Infotech Ltd, Gautam held operational management positions in the leading medical transcription companies, amassing international professional operational management experience. Gautam Das has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Calcutta University and is certified as a Medical Transcriptionist from Heartland Information Systems, Toledo, Ohio, in accordance with the AAMT (American Association of Medical Transcription) guidelines. Gautam has also participated in the T3/Train The Trainer program conducted by Heartland Information Systems, Toledo, Ohio, in New Delhi with a resulting 1st grade. He has also trained in ICH-GCP (International Conference on Harmonization - Good Clinical Practice) protocol for induction into CRO (Clinical Research Organization) Division of Sterling Synergy Systems.
Indraneel Chatterjee, President, Americas & Asia
Indraneel Chatterjee has over 10+ years of award-winning management and leadership experience in the BPO industry (since its inception) in India and has worked in both India and the United Kingdom. Indraneel has worked in both voice and non-voice processes in the BPO industry in both executive and senior management roles. He has over 9 years of experience in the Medical Transcription industry and led teams of over 100 people across multiple locations. Indraneel has multiple years of experience of managing and leading multiple operations across multiple locations. Indraneel has over 9 years of experience in managing quality assurance within voice and non-voice processes. Prior to founding Katonia Tech Solutions, Inc. as one of the initial founders, Indraneel served as Country Manager, Car Phone Ware House. Prior to Car Phone Ware House, Indraneel held operational management positions in the leading medical transcription companies, amassing international professional operational management experience. Indraneel Chatterjee has a degree in Economics and is a Certified Medical Transcriptionist by Heartland Information Systems, Ohio.
